How do I get a Wedding Planner account?

Send us an email at hello@weddingbox.io introducing yourself. We activate your planner account within 24h and guide you through the onboarding.

Can I try WeddingBox before recommending it to clients?

Yes. Once your account is activated, you can create a demo event to get familiar with the tool before using it live.

How exactly does the commission system work?

Details of the commission programme are shared during onboarding. The amount and terms are discussed directly with our team based on your volume.

Do my clients need to create an account?

No. As the planner, you manage everything from your dashboard. Your clients and their guests access the gallery and guestbook via the QR code — no sign-up needed.

What happens to photos after the retention period?

The gallery expires according to the chosen plan (3 or 12 months). Your clients are notified and can download all their photos before the expiry date.
